Saskatchewan Express Entry Reaches Cap in Four Days of its re-launch.

The SINP had announced the “reopening” of this Provincial Nominee Program stream on November 2 where 500 more spaces were allocated.

This sub-category first opened in June, 2015, but it capped out very quickly. That launch added 775 additional immigrant nominees to the SINP bringing the total number of SINP nominations up to 5,500 for 2015. The re-launch on November 2nd added 500 more applicants to this pool. The latest announcement of the sub-category having reached its cap again on November 6, 2015, means that the sub-category has opened and filled quickly twice in just a few months.

Through the SINP, skilled immigrants who are in the federal Express Entry candidate pool will be able to apply to the Saskatchewan Express Entry category. The category is targeted at individuals who have post-secondary education and training in occupations that are in demand in the province. An SINP nomination will guarantee they will be invited to apply for permanent residence by CIC.
The online application and more information are available on official site or by calling 306-798-7467.
