The 19th Express Entry Draw was announced on October 23, 2015 and there was a spike in CRS. Canadian Citizenship and Immigration issued 1,502 invitation to Candidates offering them opportunity to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence. The lowest number of CRS was 489.

This Draw saw a spike in CRS after 9 Draws. Last two draws had 450 points.
