The Seventeenth Express Entry Draw was announced on Tuesday September 18, 2015. Canadian Citizenship and Immigration issued 1,545 invitation to Candidates offering them opportunity to Apply for Canadian Permanent Residence. The lowest number of CRS was 450.

This is a breakthrough Draw in the history of Express Entry Draw as the CRS number was the lowest since the start of Express entry this year.
Also the largest number of ITA issued since July 2015.
