On July 17, 2015 Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) performed the thirteenth draw for Canadian immigration through the Express Entry selection system. The results are Landmark.

The CRS point required to apply for the Immigration have dropped to record low. There were total of “1581” candidate invited and the CRS points dropped to 451.

The graph above shows a clear trend of the Express Entry system draws over last year. Some significant points to note are
. CRS points have dropped for fourth draws in succession.
. This is also fourth draw in a row in which candidates without a qualifying job offer from a Canadian employer or an enhanced provincial nomination certificate have been invited to apply.
. This is fifth draw in succession where number of invitations have incereased.
.The latest draws have allowed certain candidates who may not have been awarded a large number of points for age – or who may not have extensive post-secondary education or highly advanced language proficiency in English or French – to receive an invitation to apply.

People have been surprised and this is welcomed as a good news among the candidates who had little or no hope. They were re-taking English tests or taking courses to increase there numbers.
