The Paul Yuzyk Award for Multiculturalism 2015

Find out about the eligibility requirements and deadline for the Paul Yuzyk Award and how to nominate an individual, group of individuals, or organization you think deserves to be recognized for exceptional contributions to multiculturalism and the integration of newcomers.

The nomination deadline for the 2015 Award is March 31, 2015.
The Paul Yuzyk Award nomination deadline is extended to April 14 now.

The Paul Yuzyk Award for Multiculturalism commemorates the late Senator Yuzyk’s pioneering legacy in establishing multiculturalism as one of the fundamental characteristics of Canadian heritage and identity.

The award recognizes individuals, groups of individuals and organizations in communities across Canada who have made exceptional contributions to multiculturalism and the integration of newcomers.

Beginning in 2015, three awards will be given annually – one in each of the following categories:

  1. Youth
  2. Organization
  3. Lifetime Achievement or Outstanding Achievement
